How the Integration Works
Visitor arrives at site - either as a walk-in or pre-registered via EvTrack Portal or the Visitors App.
Visitor details are captured through the EvTrack FrontDesk kiosk, Guard handheld device or the EvTrack web portal.
A visitor profile is created on the EvTrack server with a credential, start date, end date and access control privileges.
Data is synchronised one-directionally from EvTrack to the Gallagher Command Centre server, where a cardholder with the visitor's credential is created.
Cardholder groups are mapped by the system administrator to match site access control rules.
For pre-registered visitors, credentials are pre-loaded on both EvTrack and Gallagher before the visitor arrives.
The visitor is displayed as a cardholder on the Gallagher platform and can present their credential at any Gallagher reader.
