How the Integration Works
Visitor registration: host sends an email invitation via EvTrack Portal, or the visitor is registered on arrival at the EvTrack kiosk or Guard device.
Visitor details, credential, start/end date and access group are created on the EvTrack server.
EvTrack sends cardholder data to Genetec Security Center via the Genetec WebSDK REST API.
Genetec creates the cardholder record and maps the credential to the appropriate access group.
For pre-registered visitors, credentials are pre-loaded on both EvTrack and Genetec before arrival.
The visitor presents their QR code, OTP or Wiegand card at any Genetec-controlled reader for access during their visit window.
When the visitor checks out in EvTrack, their Genetec credential is automatically deactivated - no manual revocation required.
