How the Integration Works
Visitor is pre-registered via EvTrack Portal or Visitors App, or checked in on arrival via FrontDesk kiosk or Guard App.
EvTrack creates a visitor profile with credential, access level and visit window on the EvTrack server.
EvTrack pushes the visitor record to HikCentral Professional via the REST API - including face photo, QR code and access level assignment.
HikCentral registers the visitor in the configured visitor group and activates the credential for the visit window.
The visitor presents their credential (face or QR code) at any HikCentral-controlled reader - access is granted per their privilege group.
For vehicle access, the visitor's license plate is synced to HikCentral and triggers the ANPR barrier automatically.
On visitor checkout in EvTrack, the visitor record is updated in HikCentral and the credential is deactivated.
