How It Works
Scan ID
Security officer scans the visitor's ID card or passport with the handheld device camera.
Scan Vehicle
Optionally scan the visitor's vehicle numberplate or license disc.
Capture Photo
Take a photo of the visitor using the device's camera.
Host Notification
EvTrack sends an electronic approval request to the host.
Host Approves
Host approves the visitor via the EvTrack Visitors App, email or SMS.
Access Granted
Visitor's face or credential is uploaded to the access control reader and access is granted.
