- 1 Visitor credentials (QR, RFID, face, PIN) are managed in EvTrack Portal.
- 2 On visitor registration, EvTrack pushes the credential to the reader via the manufacturer's API.
- 3 The reader verifies the credential - online (server query) or offline (local whitelist).
- 4 Access events are sent back to EvTrack in real-time and logged with timestamp, direction and credential type.
- 5 On checkout or credential expiry, EvTrack removes the credential from the device automatically.
